About Brooksville Healthcare Center

Brooksville Healthcare Center center is a not-for-profit skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility nestled in a serene oak-shaded country setting. We offer several outside areas for our residents including outdoor courtyards and a nature trail.

We offer physical, occupational and speech therapy to promote independence and improve the quality of life for our residents. Therapy can be provided on an inpatient or outpatient basis.

Our wheel chair accessible bus provides transportation for recreational outings. Join us for trips to department stores, fishing trips, theme parks, local events, or just a "mystery ride".

Our Services


TRADITIONAL CARE: Brooksville Healthcare Center provides consistent nursing care to residents for support in their daily activities. Through our care, which can range from several months to long term care, these patients are able to achieve and maintain the highest possible level of function
REHABILITATION CARE: Whether provided for several days, weeks months, our physician-directed rehabilitation services are designed to complement a hospital stay or, in many cases be a substitute for hospitalization. Our dedicated nurses and therapists are trained to help each patient reach their highest potential and improve their quality of life.
RESPITE CARE: Respite care is a short-term care program designed to give family members a much needed break from the demands of caring for the chronically ill at home. Whether it's for a weekend or a few weeks, we provide the patient with a comfortable, secure medical and social environment.
