Jacquelyn was born in New York and moved to Florida in 1994. Graduated High School in 1998 and completed her Bachelors Degree from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in 2001. She went on to complete her Masters Degree in 2006 and is also a licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor LMHC. She has 15 plus years experience in the social work field in various professions ranging from Child Protective Investigator, counselor and has been at BHCC since 2011 as the Director of Social Services serving their residents with dignity and respect our community deserves.
