Megan grew up with a desire to better the world. She started her healthcare career in high school while enrolled in her school’s four-year medical skills program. Megan began her career as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) right after high school graduation, working full time while completing the licensed practical nurse (LPN) program. After working as an LPN for many years and starting a family, she decided to continue her education in registered nursing (RN) and then a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) after that.
Megan was raised to always do her best, no matter the task. She has lived by that rule, driving her to achieve excellence in her nursing career. Excellence is the gradual result of always striving to do better. Megan is passionate about leading and coaching others around her to also achieve excellence in the nursing care they provide. This is her way of fulfilling her dream of bettering the world, one life and one resident at a time.
