Teresa Orlando, RN, is a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of experience in both acute and post-acute care settings. She began her nursing career in 2003 and has worked across a broad spectrum of clinical environments, including medical-surgical nursing, endoscopy, pediatrics, and skilled nursing.
Since 2014, Teresa has served in nursing leadership roles within skilled nursing facilities, where she is dedicated to achieving strong quality outcomes, maintaining regulatory compliance, and developing high-performing interdisciplinary teams. Her leadership approach emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration, staff development, and continuous quality improvement to ensure the highest standards of care for residents and families.
Outside of her professional role, Teresa is the mother of adult twin sons and enjoys traveling, crafting, and spending time with family. She is deeply committed to long-term service with Health Services Management’s nonprofit mission and looks forward to continuing her professional growth while serving the Brooksville community for many years to come.
